Community Support AdvocatesCommunity Support Advocates (CSA) is a cooperative effort of Mainstream Living, Progress Industries, and The Homestead.
CSA was formed to assist persons with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities in gaining access to appropriate housing, needed medical services, and interrelated social, vocational, and educational services.
These services are driven by consumer choice, with a focus on individualized community services and supports, and maximum community integration.
Targeted Case Management Services-This program has been in operation through CSA since 1998. Case Management services are available to adults who are Medicaid eligible and have Intellectual Disabilities (ID), other Developmental Disabilities (DD), Chronic Mental Illness (CMI) or are eligible for the Brain Injury (BI) Waiver program. Persons must either be waiver eligible or demonstrate a need for coordination and assistance in at least two areas. We also provide services to children who are eligible for the ID Waiver program.
